		<description>I think Skype is one of the best ways of staying in touch with people back home, it&#039;s much more personal than facebook :)

I also think traveling with somebody helps you deal with culture shocks better, as you have somebody to share our thoughts and feelings with who completely understands as they&#039;re going through the same thing.</description>
